Mr. McDonald was a PIC Instructor for four years and has been a certified NCI Core Plus Instructor since February 2002. Since becoming a certified NCI Core Plus Instructor he has certified well over 2000 provider staff in the NCI Core curriculum. In October 2002, he became a certified NCI Instructor Trainer (IT). Mr. McDonald has a wealth of experience training and certifying NCI Instructors throughout the state of North Carolina.
