Participants will prepare for teaching sections of the NCI curriculum, lead teach selected assignments and receive feedback on their teaching strategies. An NCI Instructor package that includes an “official” NCI Trainer manual, small group exercises, powerpoint downloads, curriculum summary and NCI certificates are provided. NCI instruction also includes a module entitled: Adult Learning Strategies designed to maximize teaching skills. Upon successful completion of the Instructor Course, the participants will be designated as NCI Instructor Candidates and will move into the next phase of certification.
